Terms and Conditions:

1. Chrialka Zibu's service fee for the 2009 breeding season is $1000 + GST. This includes a $200 + GST charge for collection and storage of semen. The completed service contract must be returned with full payment and photographs of mare (front-, back- and side-on) prior to shipment of semen.
2. Semen is stored at Equibreed and they will supply three doses of semen with, any unused portion to be returned to Equibreed. The release fee for semen from Equibreed is approximately $200 for semen sent away.
3. All veterinary and shipment costs are the responsibility of the mare owner/s, and are charged direct to the owner/s.
4. Stud fees are discounted by 10% if two or more mares booked by the same owner in the same season.
5. There is a live foal guarantee in the form of a free return service in the following season.

• The stud reserves the right to refuse service to any mare. Service fee will be fully refunded should this decision be made.

Free Return Privilege Applies provided that:

1. A veterinary certificate of barrenness is produced; or the mare has been foaled under experienced and recognised stud procedures and the foal does not live longer than 48 hours. Please discuss any problems with the stud within this time.
2. Mare ownership does not change hands.

All prices shown are exclusive of GST.
